Prepaid Account Instruction Guide

  1. Once you are ready to check out, please choose the "Order by PO Online" option
  2. Type your organization's name in the Company Name field
  3. Type your organization's assigned account number in the Account Number field. (This number is available from the person who set up the account)
  4. IMPORTANT: Type the word "prepaid" in the PO Number Field
  5. Type your name in the Buyer Name field, even if you are not the contact person for the organization
  6. Your telephone number and e-mail address are both required fields
  7. Include shipping information if different than what we have on file for your organization
  8. Your order will be confirmed by email and the amount owed deducted from your organization's account
  9. The contact person for the account will also receive a statement for the order, including information about the balance remaining in the account
